Dew Tales

MorgueFile

there is a sweetness in April mornings
dew, a pillow for the lonely
their heads tilting back to touch the
softened earth left behind by earthworms
who favor the ground with snug memories
of constant birthing

  7. Yes thanks to worms they aerate the soil and add a bit of fertilizer as the burrow around. I often think how well the Earth , seas and all its living creatures and flora would manage without us,
